I must be the only person in the world who moves in their sleep and is annoyed by bullshit pillows getting in the way of adjusting to comfortable.

That's your link without tracking.

I agree with the article, and feel most comfortable on my side with a pillow between my lower legs.

When I broke my ribs I couldn't side sleep, and had to sleep on my back, and the pillow under the knees did help alleviate the pressure on my ribcage.

How should we sleep? Hanging upside down from the ceiling? 🦇

If it's good enough for bats...give it a try.

Yeah I never done the pillow thing between my legs and I dont know anybody who does.

Also moving around while sleeping is a thing.

I started doing knee pillows in the late aughts and it immediately ended my lower back pain. I still do it now. The only negative is switching sides becomes less autonomous before you learn to do it subconsciously.

"it immediately ended my lower back pain"

We might need to liaise about this.

I was putting my lower back out maybe 3-4 times a year and so I ditched the big comfortable "sinking" mattress for hard little 2'' high jobs and it worked wonders and reduced my back pain episodes to 1 or none per year.

Firm mattresses are the best.
