What's the absolute best probiotic for gut health?

I do a search and just get ads for probiotics, and "the 12 best probiotics of 2024" bullshit.
I read a thing a while back about some professor or scientist found something amazing that was only made by 1 company in the world.
Idk. Wish I could remember the details.

Fermented and raw foods. It's just a fancy name for bacteria and yeast. You need a good mix of many different kinds, and the food you eat will also encourage different strains to become dominant.

Good gut health doesn't come in a pill and you can't buy it from some shill on the internet.
