More of a nightmare in terms of weather and location, but it's affordable.
Hmm, appears to be a huge complex on a desert/prairie of decommissioned weapons storage bunkers, numbering in the hundreds. Most destroyed, but that's one of the remaining bunkers. Your neighbors would be interesting people.
Looks like it comes with a good amount of solar shit(good batteries are fuck-off expensive, for good reason), wood stove, good storage room, etc. You could really build something out of this. And 100k isn't a terrible price, considering.

Mainly, the price is more an affordable entry point. Your ancillary costs are going to add up though, depending on how normal of a life you want to live. Power and water would be an issue. Gardening wouldn't be much of a thing, so obtaining food via the nearest small town would be on the expensive side. Zero trees to fuel your woodstove.
The land itself is pretty baron, so you'd need an unusual purpose for trying to live in such a place.
