Citizenship doesn't require parents to have citizenship.
It only requires being born in a US territory.

Listen, dude, with all my heart I'd love to say they aren't citizens and we can just shoot them in the street without consequence.
But, that way of thinking is either cope, or ignorance of the constitution.

14th: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

The constitution doesn't need to be court tested, it's the constitution.
The court should be in subservience to the constitution, not the constitution in subservience to the court.
