Okay, so hear me out. I feel like skirts/kilts/indonesian batiks look pretty practical and comfortable. Any time I wrap a towel around my waist I'm thinking 'this is pretty nice, I should sport this more often'. But then I realize it's pretty much a skirt.

That was brutal. That elephant broke the fucker's legs by stomping on them, broke the rest of his bones, and then picked him up and whipped him up into the air, probably snapping his neck and spine in a fucking finishing move.

Elephants are really intelligent animals, right? The way it approached the task of killing this guy, even without tusks, is fucking eerie.

Started with his left leg. Totally ripped it out of the hip capsule, probably broke the femur and crushed the knee. Then it moved up to the left side of the hips. Then the right side. Then it broke his entire spine, but the elephant pinned the hips as it swiped forward, basically severing the spine.

I've seen videos of people being crushed before. Usually it is by some very large moving thing, like a machine or a tank or a train. It's fast. This was not fast. This is honestly one of the most brutal deaths I've ever witnessed. The pain would have been unimaginable. For his sake, hopefully the spinal cord was severed at some point and he didn't receive everything that would otherwise have been incoming.

It was like the elephant began folding him, as if it was playing with the body like a toy.

It was so efficient and it seemed to have been determined to end that guy. Didn't want to chase him off, didn't want to scare him- it wanted him fucking dead and it very skillfully took the human body apart, as if it knew precisely what it was doing. Disable him by smashing his legs, keep him pinned down and stomp on the torso, then lift him up with the mouth and snap him into the air, undoubtedly breaking whatever was left of his spine/neck.

I've never seen such precise violence from an animal, it's generally far more ferocious and ugly than efficient like this.
