Then you gotta ask what are they going to be substituting it with and not telling us?

Sucrose acetate isobutyrate or glycerol ester of rosin.

GOOD. This is still not enough, realize that you need to NOT EAT it and avoid it like the plague! We shouldn't be consuming 'vegetable' oil, period! Those are the 'seed oils' everyone is warning about!

Additionally, they removed iodine from the bread supply and replaced it with bromine so almost all Americans are iodine deficient!

They removed the germ and bran from your bread, which gives you only 10-12% of some of the nutrients available.

Then the breadniggers tell you they 'enriched' it, just like the noseniggers send hoards of niggers to 'culturally enrich' you! It's a damned, dirty lie!

Make your own bread from freshly ground whole wheat flour (if you don't have a mill, you can still buy whole wheat flour online, it's 2024), store bought bread is fake (fractured) and devoid of the God given nutrients that whole grains have.

Supplement your diet with iodine, D3 and K2.

If you're having muscle cramps supplement with magnesium too.

What's bizarre is that bread makers are point and shoot easy, and everyone had one, used it a few tines and went back to buying the glump off of shelves.

They are! I see them routinely at Savers for ~$13-18.

The only issue is for freshly ground flour there needs to be a custom wait time between mixing and kneading because the fresh flour absorbs liquid at a slower pace than commercially processed fake flour because it still has the bran and germ which contain the natural fiber that takes longer to hydrate.

That makes bread machines without a 'custom' mode less of a 'set it and forget it' affair, which is kinda the whole point, because the loaves come out way better looking in the oven than a bread maker if you're going to watch it anyway.

Opinions on sprouted grain breads? Less ingredients and more nutritious.

I haven't tried it, but for sure it should be better than fake flour store bought bread.

The issue I see with sprouted grains is then the method of milling the grain, impact mills like the WonderMill cannot mill hydrated grains and I'm not sure how well stone mills do with them. But like I said, I haven't tried it before.

The bread I make is just:
Freshly Milled Flour
Water
Oil
Honey
Yeast
Salt

Occasionally I will add a tsp of extra vital wheat gluten for a little more rise.

Bread only needs five ingredients.
Anything more is garbage.

Enrichment of white flour cured many people of schizophrenia around 1900 once enrichment was mandated.

That sounds like they knew even then that fracturing wheat gave you so few nutrients that it would make you crazy.

A diet of 'enriched' bleached flour is not healthy and will lead to generational infertility. Which is exactly what is happening in Western nations.

We quit eating bread 10 years ago. Never have it in the house.
No pasta or anything made with wheat.
We eat oatmeal, brown rice maybe 2-3 times a month, or barley added to soup.
Corn chips once in a while.

"Over the years many beverage makers reformulated their products to replace BVO with an alternative ingredient,

Curious, what is this 'other ingredient'.?.

I’d guess “fully hydrogenated vegetable oil” since I see that everywhere now.

I was worried there for a moment before I remembered that there's plenty of other harmful chemicals still allowed in goyslop.

This is good but we need more. It’s not an accident we’re so fat. We didn’t just forget how to eat

Good thing the FDA is removing that one toxic substance in my flavored sugar water. Now I can drink it without harming my health.
