I’m spending the day moving all my shit out of the rental containers back into my house after the remodel being finished. I have the day off work, so this gives me a chance to get this done. We’re gonna cook another one of those badass tomahawk steaks. Other than that, there is no flag on my porch marking my house for attack. I hate fireworks, they are poor people shit. I’ll probably go to bed at 9 or 10, and listen to stupid White trash and Mexicans waste their money blowing shit up all night out here in “The State of Jefferson”.

First time being sober on July 4th since I was a kid. Wife's pulling a double at the hospital for that time and a half. I might have a fire and listen to the fireworks from the backyard.

I thought it would feel weird, but I'm really at peace with the whole not drinking thing.
