The Ukraine won't become less corrupt to join Nato, but Nato nations are getting as corrupt as the Ukraine, so there won't be any problem for joining in the near future.

Ukraine was told the day before the incursion that they will never be a part of NATO. Putin have a speech about it to the entire world.
