Meh, 173 were runaways, only 25 actually 'missing' and 53% recovered within 7 days of the task force being involved . Literally could be as much as goping to their last know location and interviewing peers.

Another 77 missing children were located and found in safe locations.

What's that mean ? - found at school, a friend or at the other parent's address?.

173 were runnaways. The rest were found safe. Only one was kidnapped by a stranger. This news story is a big fat soft one.

Yep. It more likely seems like a Federal funding wash to then stage a 6 week operation to locate and pick up 'runaways', then sit around for the next 10 months before doing it agaiun.
