I have an idea for a phone app. Specifically for lib cities.

Someone should make a a phone app that allows would-be shop-lifters to scan clothing tags while hiding in the changing rooms. This will allow the future scientist or doctor to ensure that their theft doesn't exceed the $950 limit. It would be doing a great service, by taking the burden of doing math to ensure that the scholar doesn't end up prosecuted.

Name ideas?
