fucking bitchbastards. theres an awesome vid somewhere of a dude coming down on a field on a parachute and having a roo take after him.

wallabies arent much better but they are ballsy fuckers, phillip island gp had a job i called 'wobbly patrol' which involved riding past the trackside campground at night (bad move, annoy them too much you were dodging eggs) and around the access track that goes around the outside of the circuit.

id get guards back with clearly dumped scooters with stories of being smashed off scooters by wallabies (i got egged in a patrol car, tl;dr fire extinguishers dont wash off egg, it makes it fuckin worse) didnt believe them until i checked them out one morning, and sure enough, theres fucking cracks stuffed with fur, down the side of the scooter - that aint a guard hitting something in the middle of the road, thats something kicking the shit out of the guard.

I dunno it feels like kangaroos are more like 80% of the wildlife population... or do you mean 13% worldwide?😝

I think as a man it’s just encoded in my dna I want to smack a kangaroo right in the mouth. I think we all do. I feel that’s a kangeroos purpose. They swing we swing. It’s just so pure

Yeah .. working for a mining company on the Gulf Coast of Australia's Northern Territory, we established a camp beside a billabong - waterhole - on the McArthur River after the wet season .. as the dry season drew on the water level dropped, and a truly prodigious number of drowned dingoes - Australian wild dogs - became visible the full length of the waterhole, all victims of kangaroo drownings.

Other than just a natural aggressive behavior, is there a reason for the mass drownings?

Dingoes will try to eat females and small/weak male roos.

It's a natural defence to drown them.

They can't tell the difference between wild dogs and domestic so sadly things like this sometimes happen.
