This is not good for the dog, and this dog was already unstable before the introduction of this "game". If this "game" is not being used to trigger bad behavior that the owners are ready to correct, so as to eliminate said bad behavior, and instead is being used simply for their own amusment (which is obviously what's happening here), then this will only serve to exacerbate said bad behavior. These people appear to be taunting and essentially psychologically torturing an unstable dog. Not good. These are the kinds of people who fuck up dogs, that then go on to bite a child. The dog will be blamed, and ultimately executed, and the people will pretend it wasn't their fault.

Did this with my dog, a biscuit, and a piece of cardboard I cut holes in. He had fun with it, unlike this dog. Then again I play lots of games with him so he's used to goofing around with his human doing strange stuff like getting him to sit or shake.
