This Russian notices problems with the Russian government. It's good to not blindly support.

I'm getting a host error on that link. But I can see wanting to 'shush' people spreading demoralization in the face of open NATO aggression. There are plenty of NATO agents in Russia doing just that, so maybe that kid was infected by one of them.
