Lame fake video. Just like most short videos on youtube/x/etc. Even many of the people who end up bleeding are making fake videos for views.

A relatively recent viral video made $50,000 for the video poster. If you're not making $10K per hour in 1990 dollars consulting, that's a strong incentive.
