sadly i think this is true, i believe Whites have been below the 50% mark for quite awhile. they say its 60% White, but this doesnt include the illegals. which i also believe to be much higher than their reported number. the estimate for this appears to shoot around 10 million to 16 million. the true number is much much higher, i would take a generous guess of at least 50 million.

The naval base is no where near that beach tho, it is further down by several kms. Attacms are gps accurate to 5meters.
More likely either bc air defense already took out 4 attacms heading for the base, the fifth was already set to target the beach, hence why it were loaded with cluster munitions.
