The Chinese can't help but cut corners. They fail at everything they do for at least a thousand times before they get it right. That is a failed rocket falling with its very very very volatile fuel leaking all over. So they're going to use the cheapest easiest fuel and that cheapest easiest fuel hypergolic, is extremely volatile corrosive poisonous. It's an instant pollutant and no way to clean it up. Pretty much caused damage to those little mountain Chinese villages. F*** I hate the Chinese.
