These stories always get a good laugh out of me.

I once worked in an office attached to a factory (mainly packaging, minor assembly, etc). The employees were trying to organize and unionize. The owner went out in the shop and assembled all forty or fifty workers and outright told them if they try to unionize he will fire every single one of them.

That's the last I heard about unions.
