Debt free is the only way. I was forced to retire at 60. My house was paid for, I owed no debts. Ok, it’s been great ever since. I do miss the action, I was at war often. It’s hard to just go throw a ball for my dog. It’s hard.

Good advice, it worked for me. I just plowed through. But I have too many friends that that advice just doesn’t work for. They are incapable of just plowing through. I want to help them, but can’t find the words, just plow through doesn’t work for them.
