Seems that way to me. I work in a huge liberal town full of very wealthy people and they spend tons of cash money with us daily. No financing, they don’t need it. Their economy is doing just fine, therefore so is mine. Step a county over and not so much. But hey, some people have positioned themselves well. Some not so much.
