If you were to meet her you would immediately change your mind. I’m not a fan of Asians. I had some ww11 vets in my family who absolutely hate the japs. They fought them, and said they are dirty despicable bastards. I’ve got some vets in my family who said the same thing about the Germans. Just go back and read my comments. There is no feelings there. Just words. Read my words and don’t misunderstand me. She is a lovely person. She is also Asian, Japanese to be exact. We get along just fine. I think a lot has to do with the language barrier. The Asian mind works at a different pace than the western world. So when I want to communicate something to her, I have to be clear and specific so there is no misunderstanding. I’m shocked at how often with casual communication s he does the exact opposite of what I asked. It’s hilarious sometimes. Even she laughs about it.

Your half right, after flying in Japan I realize there is a barrier between me and the japs. They are intelligent and very safe capable pilots. But they do think differently than I do. It’s weird. I do think it’s the language, when you parse Japanese to English, there is no exact translation, it’s a different way of thinking. It’s fascinating when you look closely at it.
