Lowest bidder. They also have the best deal on cellular broadband if you’re in their coverage area. Very aggressive pricing.

Doesn’t matter which service you buy from. They’re all participating with the federal government. You want cell service? Just use whatever has the best price and coverage in your area. They’re all globohomo run. There’s literally no difference beyond price and tower locations.
