I couldn't find anything to show the organ stuff as true.

It seems like the law passed is just mentioning the state paying for transplants and there being a system to opt out from being an organ donor.

The document also regulates the possibility of providing lifetime consent for or disagreement with organ donation through electronic resources.

It's tough to tell if the allegation is true. It does seem to eliminate any paper trail regarding such consent though.

Makes me wonder whether that's why they'll be shipping so many military-age men to Ukraine in the future though.
