You are asking people, who are not doctors, to diagnose your back pain without the ability to examine your back.

Take some pain meds.
Not just one or two.
The whole bottle.

Be sure to consume at least one bottle of strong booze at the same time, for best results.

Stop sucking dicks. Get a mouthguard you're grinding your teeth at night because your body is mad at you for sucking so many dicks.

Generally, stretching and exercise, heat and cold therapy, massage, good posture.

Check with a highly intelligent doctor, to see if there is an underlying condition, and perhaps get a referral for physical therapy.

There's acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, anti-inflammatory medicine - or pineapple juice like a quart a week. Trigger point injections, dry needing

Life style changes:

Stress management, yoga meditation

Ergonomic adjustments - flip your mattress, ensure your daily activities prevent strain

FOLIC ACID IS NOT FOLATE.

Folic acid is poison.

In that case, OP NEEDS FOLIC ACID!

Electro-acupuncture healed my sciatica about 12 years ago. I was a total skeptic, but it never bothered me again.

Get a 3d anatomy app and pinpoint the muscle which is causing the issue. Look for pain excercises on youtube for it and other tissues connected to it that could be pulling it.
