The cop's attempt to tackle him while having that rifle slung up-front is what killed that guy. If the cop didn't panic and rush the guy, then he might have given him a chance to self-surrender.
One of the very first things you are taught in a Concealed-Carry class is to maintain distance to prevent exactly what happened in that video.
The Cop could have avoided multiple rounds being fired from his weapon that could have potentially hit innocent by-standers.
I'm not attempting to defend the POS that grabbed the weapon here. He was the one pulling the trigger, but it still doesn't excuse the Cop from his part in creating the EXTREMELY dangerous situation.

I want to know why this White man was executed. Shoplifting? Crackhead? Threatening Walmart niggers? Not wearing his good-goy mask? Maybe he said israel is a terrorist state so they sicked the goons on him?
He did grab the rifle, maybe that's enough to justify it, but the cops basically fed that gun to him. There is no need for a rifle when arresting a single skinny ass junky. Rifles are for standoffs and war.
So at the very least these pigs are trash.
My opinion of all this will change dramatically based on why the cops were there in the first place.
