I literally gave you the name of the book which is written by two doctors and full of references. More unfortunately, it would appear you’ve missed the point: If AIDS can be treated with supplements (not drugs) then one can only imagine what else is curable. Fortunately, one does not need to wonder when he can study and research.

Yes and absent reading the book the meme references, I can't speak to their claim.
I can say it is probable the immunocompromised are deficient in amino acids and it is possible that supplementing these protein constituents may mask aspects of the symptoms but at best it's a prophylactic - not a cure - and bullshit african studies do not make for truth or fact or valid datasets.
They offer a theory to be tested, nothing more.
Seems there is some agreement that it should be looked at, not that it has already been in any substantive form.

I would agree. The linked image only states "reversing symptoms" and not curing the virus.

AIDS isn't a virus. The image is literally talking about reversing late stage symptoms caused by HIV which is AIDS.

It is not a cure, it appears akin to aspirin in that it masks symptoms.

HIV, like AIDS is a diagnosis by a medical doctor or a lab result. Neither of which prove any virus, hence the cure is to simply reject the medical diagnosis.

Sounds wreckless doesn't it? It's not though. HIV is literally a correlation (simply exists, or can not find existence) of small protien chains that are shown to be in almost all places when tested for.

OTOH, if one shows "symptoms" of "aids" this proves sickness, not disease. Further, there is no evidence that "aids" is even "contageous". Correlative or coincidental with others, maybe, but not tested against many other possible correlations (multivariate analysis). If someone was in general sick, would they get in general better if taking supplements and eating healthy?
