Is that the same IDF airstrike that was intentionally conducted in a civilian refugee area, which killed 300+ innocent women and children?

Previous alleged Hamas rocket attacks which similarly became the impetus for massive genocidal ops by Israel against the Palestinian ppl and infrastructure, involved empty pipes fired just meters from Israeli watchtowers by alleged Hamas ops one of whom had a Star of David tattoo.
