The State of Palestine has no military, not a land army, nor an air force or a navy.
Palestine has a PSS (Palestinian Security Service) that runs at the behest of Israel. It was established in 1994 by president Yasser Arafat in accordance with the Oslo Accords, that is an equivalency to the Shin Bet in Israel.

There is no war in Palestine, there is ethnic cleansing of a military state that Israel controls.
