I get those mini panic attack sometimes. I do pushups; as many as I can do. The walk is also a good idea. Also not vaxed but had heart flutters plus the panic attacks. Went to the doctor, got lungs tested, heart tested (ekg), blood tested, etc. Everything's fine. Probably is for you too.
