Yes. Certainly within the confines enough to avoid a revolt. The jab mandate failure showed this. The whole J6 idea was because January 6th was the specified day to vote for president. Delays to hear court cases were rebuffed using the constitutional mandate to hold the electoral college count on J6.

Really? Like what? And if there are constitutional violations, where are the Civil cases to remedy the misphesance? Pense fucked Trump, simple as. January 6th, the electoral college voted, and Biden won. If the states delegates voted wrong, that's not a constitutional issue. That's a states issue and should be addressed, there. SCOTUS ruled in Bush v Gore, the electoral college vote is the only vote that matters. If Pense thought the states was sending improper delegates, he had the authority to substitute the delegates for alternate delegates. He refused. He specifically said he believed the electors that voted were the ones allowed to vote. 2020, constitutionally and on a federal level, was correct. The states were fraud was more than obvious should arrest and criminally charge those involved in the fraud, but that has nothing to do with the vote for president.

If the roles were reversed and Russia or China subverted the Mexican or Canadian government and was giving their militaries Russian or Chink weapons and helping them strike targets in the US, we would make the determination that Russia or China was attacking us.

According to international law, the US giving weapons, aid, and technical support to a proxy country to attack targets in another country is an act of war. You don't need to be Russian to understand that. You are simply hoping that Russia will not retaliate for acts of war by the US committed against Russians in Russia. Its a stupid fucking risk and will not change the outcome in Ukraine.
