Not sure why you'd think "nuclear tech" is what I was referring to, but it ain't. Russia has HIMARS weapons, too. Advanced artillery. 3rd and 4th generation aircraft. They have jammers and ew weapons and defenses that are even superior to ours. And, if it's gonna be tit for tat, there are all kinds of Russian weapons that need experienced Russian operators that can be made available to Iran, Yemen, Mexico, and a dozen other countries where having those weapons would be very inconvenient for the US and out "allies".

How do you get from my pointing out that Putin has said that if US weapons strike targets inside Russia, that it would be interpreted as an act of aggression by the US, and could possibly result in Russia retaliating against the US, AND, Putin now suggesting that, as an asymmetric response to the US authorizing Ukrainian strikes inside Russia using US weapons, that Russia may supply its allies with the weaponry to strike targets inside US ally countries, to "I want Russia to supply weapons so that my own country is attacked"?
I want the US to stop sending weapons to Ukraine. I want the killing to stop. I want the bullshit war to end. The CIA is not going to operate on Russia's border. The USG is not going to operate biolabs on Russia's border. Ukraine is not going to be a part of NATO, according to NATO. Ukraine is not going to be a part of the EU. Donbass and Crimea are not going to be a part of Ukraine at any time in the foreseeable future, if ever. No amount of US and NATO weapons supply, or troop supply, or monetary supply is going to change that. And, Blackrock and JP Morgan getting $400 Billion in contracts to rebuild Ukraine isn't in my country's interest. There is no reason to allow Ukraine to continue to send untrained, unwilling, and unequipped troops into a meat grinder.
I further do not want to risk that Putin and Russia are serious about their security and sovereignty to the point of retaliating against a country committing acts of war against Russians in Russia. Its fucking stupid.
