Goddamn right they don't. A large amount of them were in the most crucial parts of their self identity and social development when lock downs happened.

As adults we all got wrapped up on the idea of staying home and enjoying it, but that wasn't the same for kids. No one cared, and still no one gives a fuck because they need to harden the fuck up.

Ask the grandparents here if they noticed a difference in presence from 2019 to now of frequency they see them.

Kids don't act that way unless it's worked for them in the past. That beast shouldn't be allowed in public.

Nevertheless, your kids are YOUR problem. I would never expect strangers to help or advise me on anything I needed to deal with, nor would I expect them to accept an annoyance I put on them for my own selfishness or laziness. That's called being an adult. You take care of your shit and don't bother anyone else about it and I'll do the same.
