The cult is crazed about tobacco. One whiff and they're sure they'll catch cancer and die. I saw a nurse and a doctor grill a patient in her bed in a hospital for forty minutes. She was an old lady from China and kept telling them nobody in her village smoked, but they wanted to believe she was lying. She was in her 80's and they'd just diagnosed her with cancer because she was in her 80's
