Yeah but if you read it especially the last line that I quote here you'll see that all it really does is say that we're going to enforce title six just the same for members of the Jewish religion as for all other people falling under the jurisdiction of title 6 but we're not going to change title 6 and it doesn't include religion it only includes race color and national origin.
So it's kind of giving lip service but it doesn't change the law or the enforcement of the law.
