It seems (((they))) can't allow competing data to upset the narrative. Why is more and open data bad? Oh yeah, because (((they))) hide the actual data.
20 to 40 years ago, we used to have 5 to 10 days of 70F and above in January. That has fallen off to the last few years having 0 to 1 days of 70F and above in January... California Coast, heavily moderated by the 175 million cubic miles of the Pacific Ocean. Appears to be cooling here.
that's an interesting tidbit. personally i would love to live near the pacific west coast because it tends to be cooler all year round and i just dislike the heavy tropical humidity and heat of south florida.
i mean it would be more tolerable if we just have it for just 3 months but the unbearable heat and high humidity stays with us from june until november. sea breeze convection can only " cool" us off by a few degrees in summer season lmao
but the changing of temperatures are more noticeable from tampa up north. their temps tends to cool a tad earlier.
Today's temp range is 55F to 70F. No humidity issues. Year around average is 46F to 76F. I lived in the extremes my first 25 years, and was blown away to discover this exists.
Disclaimer: It's awful here, and incredibly expensive. Avoid it like the plague!

Studio - $3,099 1 Bed - $3,376 2 Beds - $4,363
I always use rent.com for comparisons and consistency. Last year it was up to $5500 a couple times for a 2 bedroom. Houses are down $500K to %1.1 million.

Temps are great enough to grow hot peppers.
