NASA said the scrub was "due to the computer ground launch sequencer not loading into the correct operational configuration after proceeding into terminal count" and that teams were working to understand the cause.

ie We didn't test our code.

Who knows it could have been a fuelling related issue, and the ground system didn't fuel, or disengage properly.

Likely a code conflict between indian code, white code and diversity hire code. We need to better consolidate our code language.
