The more you dig deeper into it. Why was the camera work so good? Who the hell is the dude filming? Where did all those police come from? Emergency protocol on stab wounds is to keep the person down and still, not get up. Let's just focus on the major stab victim who took it to the neck. If the blood dump was real, it would have been more "spurty" during other movements and also notice he's holding his head (skull) as if in a pose not holding any wound. Also, if it was a real amount of blood that he lost on the ground there (again, in seemingly one big spurt when the camera can't catch it) he'd have passed out while trying to stand up.

I started watching the other actors in replays. For example, check out the bald guy in the white pants and blue shirt starting at 42 seconds. Watch as the female cop "arrests" him. Just amazing, like they'd all rehersed it before. Watch to the end and you'll see them mostly acting like it's a wrap scene on a movie set.

EDIT: Now again at 42 seconds, watch the assailant closely. Watch him fall, and watch his hands. Do you know any gun shot victims that break their fall? His right hand slaps the ground, I've seen this at judo tournaments it's a standard breakfall. Then, watch him with his hands crossed stay "up" while he's taken a gun shot wound to the mid body. Continue to just focus on his arrest. Does the lady cop with blond hair seem a little relaxed? Then scan back a few seconds and focus on the cop again who got stabbed holding his "neck/head" area. Not one spurty-spurt.
