They need to hit all of France, Israel, London, Taiwan, NYC, Silicon Valley, Chicago if they can get there, maybe Japan, any other uppity place in Europe. If they try shooting the nukes down that should drop a dirty bomb on where ever it lands, so that place will be done for 20,000 years or so.
