Podcast about him burning the girl alive in her car:

December 6th, 2014. Courtland, Mississippi. Firefighters responded to a report of a burning vehicle on a rural road. They found 19-year-old Jessica Chambers nearby. She was still alive but severely burned. Jessica identified herself and told first responders that someone named “Eric” or “Derek,” set her car on fire. She died from her injuries the next day

What would inspire a young girl to want to associate with this ugly P.O.S.? Unreal. R.I.P. to the Asian girl, too.

The judge dismissed the indictment because... another state wanted him to serve a 5 year sentence for another violent crime he committed?

MAKES SENSE!

Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Larry Jefferson dismissed the indictment against Tellis in early November on the basis of information that the State of Mississippi wanted Tellis to serve the five-year sentence for charges relating to the death of Chambers.

...What? They dropped the murder charge with the Chinese victim... because Mississippi wanted the guy to serve a five year sentence he already received for charges relating to the murder of the blonde girl... WHAT THE FUCK DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?! Seriously, why can't he serve the five years and be tried for the other murder? That's how it's usually done, right?

Did the writer of this article just suck here? This doesn't make any fucking sense.

Yeah, seems like the judge dismissed the indictment which means they can refile since it wouldn't be double jeopardy but waiting 5 years risks the circumstance that witnesses have failing memory, die, or otherwise cannot give testimony while also risking the chance that evidence can be spoiled or lost. Reeks of jewry.
