Cops didn't used to have any illusions about who the most likely perps were.

(Used to stand next to students on the firing line when they got back to the 50, unlimber my Les Baer, and shoot the ears off their targets. A trick I learned from MSG Paul Poole. Good times.)

Inside 20 feet that's pathetic.
Center mass is 18 inches squared and that target is 24 inches.

I hate to be the contrarian. But I can see at least 5 holes on the white part of the target.
