Reminds me of the time my father in law rung the neck of one of his chickens and threw it away, the next morning trash guy comes, lifts the lid and gets the scare of his lifetime. Fuckin thing flies out and is running around with a broken kneck. He hears the commotion, comes outside and starts chasing the still-alive chicken around. The driver of the truck is laughing his ass off; gets out and starts trying to guide the chicken. But the neighbor boys, who were about 12, started on after it on their bicycles; which made the affair much worse. So, when the wife and I pull up, I shit you not, there's a distressed chicken running around in hot persuit of what seemed like the whole neighborhood. Naturally, thinking it's some sort of emergency, now I stop the car and get to help. Father in law is embarrassed as all hell.

Never did catch that fucker. She flapped over a chainlinked fence.

Certainly deserved to live after that lol, I honestly thought that it would be dead.
