I think the actual detail of that is that drumpft was going to order an investigation into ALL jan 6th prisoners and free/ pardon those 'convicted 'unlawfully for non-violent offenses'. Regardless though, he has said many things that were 'misunderstood' by the average normie. Lock her up. Release all of the jfk files. Full disclosure of Govt knowledge of UFO events. Make America great again.
I agree with reducing Ross Ulbrict's sentence. But I don't get how this aligns with Trump's policy brand. He's a pro drug-war guy.
Ross really was the answer to the drug safety because with enough volume on a centralized site you end up with way more quality control and public scrutiny of specific sellers then you will ever have on the street.
But Trump's approach till now is just stop the fentynol stop the fentynol. Now I'm going to say something some might think is cruel but as a freedom absolutist and as a darwinist I actually want people on fentynol to die. To me that's an acceptable outcome. I am completely ok with all the fentynol coming into the country and killing everyone who wants to take it. However many that kills that was the right number of deaths and I wouldn't want it to be any higher or lower. Someone was able to make choices and faced natural consequences. So to me the trade off of the drug war reducing safety and cause people to die that aren't trying to take the drug they took, verses people dying who did take the drug they wanted to take is a very very easy moral differential to compare. But that hasn't been Trump's picture so where does freeing Ross Ulbrict fit into that?

Ideally, we would have agencies distribute very high dosed carfentanyl to the hood in order to let nature take it's course. Hell, throw a fried chicken and watermelon party in every housing project with very strong time release carfentanyl dosed into the grape Kool aid.
After a year and half, I have read the Old Testament from start to finish. I started it at USP Florence and just kept going. Jewish and Christian faith is much deeper than I had realized.
Ross created a website where people could buy and sell illegal things.
Yes, Silk Road mainly dealt with drugs. But by commuting the sentence Trump will be sending a message to everyone who advertises and sells illegal things online, (including but not limited to drugs, murder for hire, CP, child prostitutes, and powdered blood for Passover bread and wine) Trump will be sending the message that even if they are found guilty, and no matter how high profile the crime is, Trump will release them.
Stop hating Trump so much that you demand your online anonymity be taken from you and 350 million of your fellow Americans, all because they convinced you that anonymity means criminals will be able to commit crimes.
No one has any problems getting drugs, murderers for hire, CP, child prostitutes, or powdered blood for Passover after Silk Road any more or less than they did before or during Silk Road.
Yes. The judge used the "white privilege" card during sentencing and the feds used entrapment to make the case. Regardless of one's personal feelings about his crimes, he did not get a fair trial due to him being a smart and successful white guy.
[ - ] x0x7 1 point 3 weeksMay 26, 2024 06:27:19 ago (+2/-1)
How did they use entrapment? He actually did run Silk Road. They didn't coax him into doing it. He was guilty. He just should have gotten a lighter sentence and better pre-trial conditions to prepare his case.
That or we should change the law so that the service he did for the public was not a crime.
Silk Road explicitly forbid assassins for hire, CP, prostitution, and firearms, as did most darkweb markets. Black Market Reloaded allowed guns and ammo, but the selection was shit and there was a 3-5x markup compared to a legal US gun store.
Did you believe what the TV and feds told you about the guy?
Yes.
Trump has commuted the sentences of numerous criminals.
Aviem Sella. The Israeli spy indited for espionage. Sholam Weiss. Who Trump released despite Sholam being sentenced to 835 years in prison. Eliyahu Weinstein. Who was sentenced to more than 20 years after pleading guilty to a $200 million Ponzi scheme. Salomon E. Melgen. Ophthalmologist sentenced to 17 years for a $73 million scheme to defraud the government of Medicare payments. Melgen's practice grew "by giving elderly patients unnecessary eye injections and laser blasts on their retinas that some compared to torture." Numerous Israeli drug dealers including Ronen Nahmani, Benjy Singer, and Jonathan Braun. Sholom Rubashkin. The owner of the US's largest kosher slaughterhouse operation, raided by immigration agents finding over 400 illegals including several children. Despite the immigration charges being dropped, the Jew was still convicted with 27 years in prison, which Trump commuted.
So yes. When the TV and feds tell me that Trump commutes the sentences of Jews, I believe it. And yes, I believe that Trump will commute the sentence of Ross in order to prove that he can and will commute the sentences of whoever he wants. No matter how high profile or famous the criminal is.
he should commute him. wtf, he was completely setup by crooked feds. There are several points that have been raised by his defense team and others that suggest that Ulbricht may have been framed. The involvement of corrupt agents (plural) from more than one federal agency, with multiple individuals claiming to be the real Dread Pirate Roberts. This uncertainty creates an opportunity for someone to frame Ulbricht. There is no direct physical evidence linking Ulbricht to the Silk Road murder for hire activity, only circumstantial evidence.
he's trying to regain the alt right young white male vote that he lost since turning traitor, this time by pretending he's for crypto and everything associated with it. lmao
Preet Bharara, who was U.S. attorney for Manhattan when Ulbricht was sentenced in 2015, said in a press release at the time that Ulbricht’s actions contributed to at least six deaths. Bharara also called Ulbricht "a drug dealer and criminal profiteer."
How many people sell shrooms to bootstrap their "eBay" marketplace, retard? As you are clearly in drooling flattard mode right out of the gate, I won't be making any further replies.

It doesn't. Someone offered him campaign money, simple as that. More than likely this is coming from Ross himself through some connections he has.
Anyone that isn't a mongoloid MAGATard knows Zognald has been selling pardons for years.
People need to realize he's a grifter and is out for himself, he doesn't give a fuck about any of you.
