In the late 90s Kodak was a large employer between Windsor and Loveland Colo. I knew a couple of 'line mechanics' that were told Kodak was expanding and opening a plant in Mexico. Once the building was finished they sent to 2 guy down there for 90 days to install the equipment and train the local 'mechanics' how to maintain and fix the machines. 6 months after they came back, and the plant in Mexico was in production, Kodak closed the plant in Colo.

The company I work for has a factory in commifornia and one in Mexas. The one in commifornia let all the White people go and only hired niggers and the one in Mexas let all the White people go and only hired wetbacks.
Even after sending White maintenance Men to both plants dozens of times to fix problems and train the subhumans both plants are falling apart and can't make product at the rate they should be.
You just can't replace White Men and have a functional business.

It's called Get Woke, Go Broke and it's been a known thing for awhile. Why would replacing competent, intelligent people (mostly white, mostly men) with anything less than that NOT be a disaster? In related news the sky is blue and 2+2=4. In fact, it's so obviously going to result in a disaster, it's exactly what you'd do if you were purposefully trying to ruin a company and/or society.
