If you built an entire sprawling neighborhood of 250k homes, and filled the space with niggers, the homes would lose 1/3 of their value on day one. Is it equitable to pay for a house for black people, who ignore social courtesies, in the middle of a ethno-centric white neighborhood?

It is not equitable for the people who live in that neighborhood.
