Is there difference between @BushChuck and @UncleDoug users?

I keep confusing between the two users. I'm afraid I banned one of them because confused him with the other one. Can somebody tell if they are both trolls, or if one of them is a normal user? I have banned both of them, but really can't remember if one of them is normal. I only remember that one of them was spamming my subs.
