I can't stand Mad Max movies

submitted by Conspirologist to movies 12 monthsMay 20, 2024 07:43:14 ago (+1/-7)     (movies)

Mad Max movies were based on punk fashion popular in Europe. I can't stand fucking punks. All movies are based only on car chases and fightings. There is no intelligent dialogue among characters. I don't understand why the Mad Max franchise has become popular.

You're in one.

... and despite having copious amounts of "intelligent" dialogue between characters most popular procedural crime, and hospital staff based dramas like "The Good Doctor" are LOW-T, woke trash.

At least I didn't have to listen to some faggot talking about chugging his girlfriend's dong in 1980's - 1990's movies.

Funny you mention this. I watched the Beyond Thunderdome for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was NOTHING interesting. Nothing special. Kinda boring and I found myself forwarding through several sections of chase scenes, just because I could tell there was no plot. I regret the time spent on it.

you know the funny thing about the 'no intelligent dialogue between characters' is OG Mad Max had to be redubbed with a yank because americans couldnt understand it.

that being said i can understand why you might not be able to understand whats happening in the rest of the movie. you want to hear music we hear clearly but youll not understand a word of would be 'Australian Crawl'

OK. But how can dubbing take away dialogue? The meaning is the same.

The movie wasn't based on "car chases and fighting", it told a story about "revenge" which utilized car chases and fighting as examples of manifesting and measuring "justice."

The real reason for the car chases and fighting was to act as an innoculant to women (i.e. "femanine" types that don't like cars and fighting) to look away. This way the message hits the ones that need to hear it without squacking femoid types chattering at them during the lesson plan.
