I got insta banned from r/gym for telling that people over 35 should listen to their joints while lifting, and if they are giving signals they should move on to alternative methods of working out the desired muscles that produce less joint stress on said joints. I was insta banned. literally "I was being ageist" and "no one should feel like they can't push themselves".
