Anyone who believes today's "researchers" may as well ask a nigger how many kid's it has....what a fucking crock of faggotry shit this is...even before I was born my parents made sure the day started with fruit....either fresh picked strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples or peaches, oranges or grapefruit...and always on an empty stomach before the protien....in Jamaica or wherever I was in the 3rd world, I would start with a dozen oranges or grapefruit (nowhere in the world has grapefruit like Jamaica)... still to this day I start with fruit...in winter Im big on beet/carrot juice...rule of natural thumb, in summer you eat what grows above ground, fall and winter you eat tubers, carrots, beets turnip, I juice it all.

I know old farmers who ate bacon and eggs every morning with coffee who lived to be well over 100 years old. They all still mow and weed eat and work around their houses. In the evening they have meat and fresh veggies. They drink homemade wine and make sweet stuff too, like pies and cakes and whatnot.
