Here's the catch: It has to fit inside the handguard of my build, so the diameter can be no more than 1.25". Does anyone here know of any decent ultra-slim .45 whisper pickles? I'd also prefer it to be rated for auto, but that combination is probably a unicorn.
Edit: Fuckit, they probably don't exist... Feel free to prove me wrong. Probably going to go with a Plan B or Trilug flash hider and tack a compatible suppressor to that.
Much appreciated. The SOS-45 looks like the perfect solution but it appears to be discontinued and everything else is 1.37"+. Probably going to go the flash hider mount route because it'll open up more options. Not willing to change the handguard because it perfectly matches the unique upper and it has an expensive finish.

It's simply a matter of gas volume.
You could switch to a slightly larger ID handguard. Those are available.
The last slim 1.25"OD .45 can I can remember using was this, if you can still find one:
