A swimming instructor in Zhengzhou, Henan Province drowned while conducting breath-holding training in the swimming pool. A family member who claimed to have complained online said a member of staff was filming near the pool for almost 9 minutes at the time of the sideline incident without being rescued. The incident has been proven to be true and has been handed over to the Criminal Investigations Brigade to deal with. The results of subsequent investigations will be published.
