The biggest problem in dealing with people that lie with every breath is NOT that they are liars whose word cannot be trusted.
The problem is that they’re so accustomed to lying and bluffing all the time, THEY think that EVERYBODY ELSE is just as full of shit as THEY are. So they are incapable of recognizing a simple, straightforward warning, given right to their faces.
